Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

This delicious snack is perfect to have on hand, especially for all the busy moms out there. My kids enjoy it as a breakfast option or an after-school treat.

2 cups of milk (any variety),

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder,

1 tablespoon cocoa powder,

2 tablespoons chia seeds,

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds,

1 tablespoon maple syrup.


Combine in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into individual containers or one large container and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with your favorite fruits; I like to use raspberries and bananas. Note: If the chia seeds clump together, just blend again for 10 seconds, then add the fruit.
