What is the DUTCH Test ?
The DUTCH test is a Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones. This test is fundamental when looking at hormone panels, it covers an array of adrenal and sex hormones and their metabolites. It also includes the daily free cortisol pattern, melatonin, and organic acids.
When you receive your results, an ND will take you through them first and then I come into the picture. Together we will build a protocol for diet, supplement, and lifestyle changes that will help support healthy balanced hormone levels, according to your interpreted results.
My guidance is to help you make the changes your body needs in areas that are showing signs of imbalance.
